How does iHelef Connect work?
To use iHelef Connect you need to download and open the program. Once that is open, you will need to tell me the ID and password so that I can connect to your PC.

iHelef Connect is a program that allows me to assist you remotely. With your permission, I can view your screen and operate your computer as if I were sitting next to you. This saves you a trip to my office, and many issues can be resolved immediately.
